About Us
Dr. Tanika J. Kyle is the CEO and Chief Solutions Strategist for TB & J Solutions, LLC. Dr. Kyle is a sought-after expert with over 20 years experience in project and portfolio management, strategic planning and implementation, process optimization, product development, leadership, and organizational effectiveness.
She holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership/ Foresight, an MBA in Marketing, a BBA in International Business, and holds several certifications, including PMP, NPDP, Six Sigma Black Belt, CSM, and Prosci. She is currently responsible for leading institute-wide, multi- year transformations and portfolios at Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Tanika previously managed domestic and international strategic initiatives, cross- functional process improvements, product development and portfolio management processes, training, and metrics at Acuity Brands.
An in-demand speaker, coach, facilitator, and author, Dr. Kyle has participated in several project management and organizational effectiveness conferences. Dr. Tanika believes in helping nonprofits and small businesses optimize their organizations along with championing women and underserved communities. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Girl Scout volunteer.
Dr. Tanika is passionate about empowering and equipping leaders, especially women and girls, learn to Slay in their Lane, use their superpowers to be the change they want to see, and help them obtain the leadership skills, tools, knowledge, and confidence to be the leaders of the future.
